I'm a PM who grew up on the beaches of Florianópolis, leveled up in the startup density of São Paulo, and found my pace in New York. Each city taught me something different about users, speed, and what actually matters.
I think in systems. I color-code everything. I can spot the plot twist in a user flow before the second session. The best product decisions look obvious in retrospect. That's the whole goal.
